Morgan Appears In Magistrate Court

Troy Scott Morgan, 28, of 200 East Jackson Street, Paden City, was charged with a felony offense of malicious or unlawful assault causing bodily injury with intent to maim, disfigure, disable, or kill. This offense allegedly occurred on November 1. Morgan plead not guilty on November 8 and a $10,000 property/surety bond was posted by A Bail Bonding By Suters.

Derrick Joseph Eskridge, 25, of 297 Woodburn Run Road, Alma, was charged on November 11 with misdemeanor offenses of driving while license revoked for a DUI and failure to maintain control. Eskridge plead not guilty to the alleged offenses, and posted a $1,500 personal recognizance bond on November 19.

Jacqueline Hileman, 47, of 6788 Arvilla Road, Friendly, was charged with possession of a controlled substance (marijuana) without a valid prescription, allegedly occurring on November 3. Hileman plead guilty and was sentenced to pay court costs totalling $170.25 and 60 days of unsupervised probation.

Joshua Andrew Humphry,28, of 12339 Energy Highway, Bens Run, was charged on November 10 with a misdemeanor of assault - attempting to commit, or placing another person in apprehension of, a violent injury. Humphry entered a guilty plea agreement on November 19, and was sentenced to pay court costs and 90 days in jail.

Tyler Hunter Johnson, 22, of 69 1st Street, Bridgeway Addition, Middlebourne, was charged with a misdemeanor on November 10 of open burning of garbage.

Gary Allen Midcap Jr., 48, 327 South 3rd Avenue, Paden City, was charged with misdemeanor offenses of operation of vehicles without evidences of registration and driving while license suspended or revoked. This offense allegedly occurred on November 18.
