MIDDLEBOURNE -- A former Tyler Consolidated Middle School teacher was indicted recently for allegedly sending nude photos of herself to two of her students.

Jessica Nicole Stine, 34, of Woodsfield, Ohio, was indicted last week by a Tyler County Grand Jury for two felony counts of soliciting a minor by computer and two felony counts of contributing to the delinquency of a minor when a Tyler County Grand Jury met last week.

According to the criminal complaint filed in Tyler County Magistrate Court, the state police's Crimes Against Children Unit investigation began in June after troopers learned that two male juveniles allegedly had received multiple nude images of Stine via Instagram, an online application. The complaint also states the two juveniles received inappropriate, sexually suggestive text messages from Stine.

State police arrested Stine on July 7. Her bond was set at $20,000, which she posted.

An indictment is not a conviction or indicator of guilt.

Grand Jury deliberations include indictments for the following cases:

Jamie L. Villono, 36, was indicted for grand larceny, possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine), and misdemeanor possession of firearm by a person who is prohibited from possessing these weapons. According to court documents, Villono allegedly stole three gold rings, a gold watch, two rifles, two muzzle loaders and two other firearms in October from Robin Daquilante and Ronald Lattanzio.

James V. Wells, 28, was indicted for breaking and entering, petit larceny and destruction of property. According to court documents, when Wells allegedly broke into Middlebourne Park's concession stand in October, his alleged haul consisted of $5 in currency, 2 boxes of Nutrigrain bars (total value $7.18), one box of fruit gushers (total value $2.88) and a $2.88 box of the candy Fruit by the Foot.

D'Ann Montrose of Middlebourne was indicted for grand larceny, fleeing from a police officer while under the influence of alcohol, both felonies, and driving under the influence-second offense, driving while license revoked and domestic battery, all misdemeanors. The grand larceny charge stems from when Montrose allegedly stole Opal Clark's dodge caravan in May. The other charges arise from an alleged incident in October.

Kevin Leek, 40, and Brian Shannon, 29, both of Sistersville were indicted for nighttime burglary. Leek and Shannon were arrested in January for allegedly burglarizing Robert Kincaid's cabin in October.

Franklin Conner of Middlebourne was indicted for delivery of a controlled substance (hydrocodone/acetaminophen) a charge stemming from October.

Deandre D. Nickerson of Sistersville was indicted for possession of a controlled substance (marijuana) and delivery of a controlled substance (marijuana) charges from December.

Robert E. Wilkinson, 52, was indicted for domestic battery-third offense the charge arising from an incident in January.

Lewis R. Anderson, 22, was indicted for domestic assault-third offense the charge stemming from an incident in July.
