A little bit about the group....
Founded in 2002, owner and lead, Justin Crank from Mansfield, OH formed the 'GloryWay Quartet'. With a vision in mind and a dream that would be reality, his love for four part harmony would inevitably come full circle. Justin believed that God would open a door, and with faith he would walk right thru it. Now, the year is 2014, and the 'GloryWay Quartet' based in Mansfield, OH has been signed with 'Capitol Artists' a prestigious booking agency in the world of Southern Gospel entertainment. Leaving the borders of Ohio, staying busy, travelling nation-wide averaging over two hundred concert dates per year, the group books, sometimes a year or more in advance. The group is no stranger to nation-wide radio, with several popular releases, including 'It's So Peaceful' and 'Live With Jesus'. The 'GloryWay Quartet' has participated in numerous 'NQC' showcases down thru the years, and in 2014 was nominated for the GME 'Top 10' for 'Quartet of the Year'.
GWQ has shared the stage with many house hold names, the 'who's who' of Southern Gospel Music. The 'GloryWay Quartet' headlined and helped to launch important landmark fundraisers, such as 'Autism Awareness' and 'Celebrating our U.S. Veterans' in Eastern, KY. Other numerous accolades includes participating in the well-known, 'Is What it Was Elvis Show', working alongside Elvis' band leader, Joe Guercio. GWQ is no stranger to outdoors events such as State Fairs and Festivals including, Punxsutawney, Wayne County, and Hancock, just to name a few. The group also performed at the 'Columbus Clippers Baseball Faith & Family Night', as well as the 'Thomas Road Baptist Church' in Lynchburg, VA. The group has recorded 8 projects to date, including a Christmas CD.
Presently, the group consists of, Justin Crank as lead, the well-known Gospel Artist Lynn Royce Taylor as Tenor; Former Cruise line Headliner, Donnie Abraham as Baritione, and talented upcoming Bass Justin Sayger.
While personnel changes down thru the years, as with all Southern Gospel groups, GWQ continually boasts a lineup with seasoned ability to impress even the least of Southern Gospel Music fans! Quickly becoming a household name among industry leaders, with a heart for the lost, integrity to go the extra mile, and talent without limitations to share with all who lend an ear.
