Hinkley, Stewart Wed
Kayla Noel Hinkley married Mitchell Ray Stewart Aug. 16, 6:30 p.m., surrounded by their family and friends at their campgrounds by the river.
The bride and groom are both graduates of Paden City High School, Class of 2010.
Mitchell, of Paden City, is son of the late Kenny Stewart and the late Debbie Duke. He grandparents are Bill and Nancy Stewart of Sistersville and Clifford Duke and the late Karen Duke.
Kayla, of Lewisburg, W.Va., is daughter of William Hinkley of Lewisburg and Sharon and Tony Meinert of Columbus, Miss.
Best men were Maverick Stewart, groom’s brother, and Matt Raider, groom’s step-father. Groomsmen were Keith Kline, Chaz Heasley, Wes Cosper, Chris Harris, Bruce Frye, and Payton Hinkley, the bride’s brother.
Matron of honor was Sharon Mienert, the bride’s mother. Maid of honor was Jessica Mead. Bridesmaids were Brittany Booth, bride’s sister; Ashley Patterson, bride’s sister; Carrie Hinkley, bride’s sister; Sharon Harris; Megan Weekley; and Kyler Patterson, niece.
Flower girls were the groom’s niece Karissa Stewart, and the bride’s nieces, Kayleigh, Judy, and Ava Meadows. Ring bearer was the bride’s nephew, Tristan Hinkley.
Officiant was Kayla’s step-father, Tony Meinert.
A wedding ceremony and reception were held at their camp, “Camp Stewart” by the river. The weather was perfect; it only sprinkled for a few minutes. The reception was at 7:30 p.m. with around 150 guests. They honeymooned at Myrtle Beach, Aug. 17-24.
Kayla works for REM Community options in Paden City and Mitchell works for Genesis Healthcare in New Martinsville. They make their home in Sistersville.
