Blood Drive

GRIEF SUPPORT GROUP

GRIEF SUPPORT GROUP04-24 Amedisys Hospice offers a free Grief Support Group called Circle of Hope which is open to the community.  Circle of Hope meets every fourth Thursday at the New Martinsville United Methodist Church at 2 p.m. Light refreshments will be served. All are welcome. more »»

Clean-up Day

04-26 Clean-up day for Springhill Cemetery will be held April 26 at 9 a.m., rain or shine. Covered dish dinner around noon at the Jospehs Mills Community Building on Rt. 74 with the annual cemetery meeting to follow. more »»

Hazardous Waste

04-26 Household hazardous waste will be collected April 26, 9 a.m. until noon, at the Bayer East Parking Lot. Accepted: paint, used oil, antifreeze, used tires (four per vehicle, no rims/wheels), lead acid batteries, aerosol cans, and pesticides. more »»

Friendly Music

Friendly Music04-26 There will be Music at the Friendly Community Bldg., Sat. April 26, Food will be for sale and there will be a 50/50 drawing. A cake walk will be held with a $1 donation. Admission will be free and music will start at 5 p.m. more »»
