Jeff and Amy Hayes wish to announce the birth of their third child, a son named Jeffrey Levi Hayes. He was born March 24 at MonGeneral in Morgantown. He weighed eight pounds and was 21-inches long.

He has two big sisters, mary and Katie.

Maternal grandparents are James and Sonia Saum of Spring, Texas. Paternal grandparents are Rodney and Susan Hayes of Wick and Sherry and Max Lucas of St. Marys.

Great grandparents are Ron and Mary Woodburn of Brownstown, Mich., and the late Ralph Hayes of Indian Creek and Velma and the late Mack Bates of Jacksonburg.
